Как быть?

В тестовом режиме (при использовании звуковой платы) программа с файлом xls проговаривает всё правильно, а при использовании файла Sample.dbf программа в окне "Голосовые сообщения" - "Прослушать всё" - всё воспроизводит, а при старте сохранённой конфигурации вот эти события:

проскакивают мгновенно, в звуковой плате тишина (ещё раз, при использовании xls всё работает).
Как быть?
