К сожалению, рекомендовать и говорить с уверенностью будет работать тот или иной модем невозможно, т.к. иногда даже одинаковая модель модема имеет разное микропрограммное обеспечение.
В работе программы не имеет особого значения, прошит модем под всех операторов или конкретного, главное - это наличие у модема. Зачастую, операторы блокируют голосовые функции, т.к. модем предназначен для выхода в интернет, а не для передачи голосовых данных.
Но тем не менне, будем рады получить информацию о тестировании различных модемов, и внести в этот список на сайт и форум. Возможно Вами планируется использовать другой модем, которого нет в списке - пробуйте, тестируйте и присылайте отчеты, будем рады помочь в подборе команд для модема.

А так же просто протестированных.
Какие лучше модемы использовать: дешевые от операторов или дорогие, но непривязанные к сотовым операторам?
